East Amwell Township occupies a broad rural landscape in southern Hunterdon County. Ringoes serves as the township's principal village and civic center, while Reaville, Clover Hill, Wertsville, New Market–Linvale/Snydertown, Dawlis Mill/Spring Mill and other historic areas preserve the township's crossroads character.
